Disclaimer - WorldHams App

This app collects the following data:

• Name, Callsign, Handle, Contact Number
• Email,Password,Profile Photo
• Location ,Elevation and Location Coordinates, Antenna Height

Publicly (only registerd users in this app) visible data:

• Name, Callsign, Handle, Profile Photo ,Antenna Height, Location Name,Elevation
• Callsign and Name are verified in backkground through global search engine and result is stored in DB,
• if found ingenuine, it will be communicated to user and if not satified ,data stored for that user will be removed
• Grid Locator,CQ Zone,ITU Zone fetched globaly for user can be seen
• In Callsign/RadioID search ,info about user like Name, Address, City,Country,Zones,
• Grid Loactor which will be displays as fetched from globaly available data and not colelected by this app
• Data validation of data fetched as search result are not validated

Never shared publicly:

• Email, Password, Contact Number, Coordinates

Permissions:

• Location: Fetched location cooridnates to show QTH on Map.
• Camera & Gallery: For profile photo at signup.

After using this app, users are advised to disable permissions for this app from system settings.

Storage:

All data is stored securely on cloud servers. Only registered users can view non-sensitive data of other hams.

By signing up, users confirm they are licensed amateur radio operators and agree not to misuse the data. Legal liability for misuse rests with the user.
